Job summary

IPEX Management Inc. is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator for our Middletown, OH Distribution Centre. The role requires operating a reach forklift safely, using RF scanning, and meeting daily productivity goals in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle outbound freight, stock replenishment, and cycle counts while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and English literacy is required.

Qualifications

• Completion of a high-school diploma.
• Able to safely operate a reach forklift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform RF processes and scan inventory.
• Accurately pick, stack, wrap and stage outbound freight.
• Meet delivery by date and productivity targets.
• Load and unload trucks; maintain 5S housekeeping.
• Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Receive and locate product using RF
• Report unsafe conditions promptly.
