Job Summary

Under limited supervision, loads outgoing materials, prepares shipments, and operates freight equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.

Essential Job Functions

• Follow shipping schedules and coordinate with carriers
• Load goods using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Input shipping data into ERP system (Epicor)
• Ensure shipments meet company procedures, including labeling and documentation
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipments
• Maintain organized inventory on the shipping dock
• Process UPS and FedEx shipments
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Pick and pack sales orders

Requirements
