Job summary

Workrite Ergonomics in Petaluma, CA is seeking a detail oriented Shipping Clerk I to join our industry-leading team. You will prepare orders for shipping, verify shipments are complete, and process outbound UPS and FedEx packages.

You will load and unload trucks, organize shipments on pallets, detect cosmetic defects, and maintain knowledge of assembly and packaging requirements. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills required.
• Ability to use an RF scanner is preferred.
• Ability to communicate with your team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipping.
• Verify all shipments are complete.
• Process outbound UPS and FedEx packages.
• Process carrier shipments.
• Load and unload trucks in Shipping and Receiving.
• Assist in the organization of shipments on pallets.
• Detect cosmetic defects.
• Maintain knowledge of all assembly and packaging requirements.
