Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Shipping Clerk to move finished goods from production to the warehouse and on to customers. This role emphasizes precision, safety, and 100% inventory accuracy in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include operating the Aisle Master forklift, scanning inventory, preparing BOLs, and maintaining load integrity according to strict specifications. The position requires 2 PM–10 PM shifts with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift for long stretches.
• Basic computer literacy for generating shipping documents and inventory scans.
• Strong verbal and written communication to coordinate with dispatch and supervisors.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift: 2 PM - 10 PM, Mon-Fri; overtime/weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, including the Aisle Master forklift, to unload and place goods in the warehouse.
• Use scanning tech to track inventory and ensure real-time stock accuracy.
• Pick customer releases and stage products per load maps and requirements.
• Verify labels for accuracy and generate Bills of Lading (BOL) for compliance.
• Apply protective materials to loads and maintain logs of loads and inspections.
• Maintain logs of items loaded/unloaded, timestamps, and equipment checks.
