Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Shipping Clerk I to support daily shipping and warehouse operations, preparing products for shipment, verifying documentation, and assisting with loading and unloading activities. This entry-level role develops proficiency in shipping procedures and safety protocols.

You will review shipping docs, operate forklifts (Level 1) and overhead cranes, and follow ISO 9001 procedures while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
State motor vehicle operator’s permit for forklift highly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and traverse a distribution warehouse.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily shipping operations and shipment preparation.
Review shipping documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Enter shipment information into company systems and check for discrepancies.
Operate forklifts (Level 1) and overhead cranes (Level 1) as needed.
Follow ISO 9001 shipping procedures and safety requirements.
