Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years warehousing experience with administration skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with swing shift leads to streamline daily workflow and handle tasks like printing BOLs, order data, and re-printing pick labels.
• Assist with pass-down duties and coordinate with transportation regarding routes or receiving changes for evening shifts.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to prioritize trailer movement and meticulously record all trailer movements and locations.
• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and truck drivers to ensure efficient trailer flow and balance loading vs. picking.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain clean, organized warehouse and office areas.
• Handle other duties and special projects as assigned and protect confidential company information.
