Gold Star Foods in Dixon, CA is seeking a Shipping Clerk to support the Warehouse Team. You will process shipments, verify orders, and ensure accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2 years in warehousing with admin skills, and strong English communication. This is a full-time, non-exempt hourly position with a pay rate of $22.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehousing with administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with swing shift leads to streamline daily workflow, including printing BOLs and labels.
• Support the receiving clerk with hand-offs and communicate with transportation teams for routes and changes.
• Coordinate with warehouse team to prioritize trailer movement and record all movements.
• Communicate with dispatch, warehouse personnel, and truck drivers to ensure efficient trailer flow and balance loading vs. picking.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and office.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
• Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
