Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Must operate shipping software and automation equipment.
• Follow Shimano's 5S principles and SOPs.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Use shipping software and automation equipment.
• Stack products on pallets correctly.
• Prepare, match, and verify shipping information and manifest accurately.
• Assist with stretch wrapping, loading trucks, and other duties as directed by Supervisor.
• Adhere to customer shipping guidelines and the preparation of shipping information and manifest.
• Adhere to Shimano’s 5S Principles.
