You will use shipping software, stack and wrap pallets, and coordinate with the supervisor to ensure on-time shipping while following Shimano’s 5S principles and customer guidelines.

• Experience working in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment focusing on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.
• Must be able to stretch wrap product on pallets properly.
• Ability to use shipping software and automation equipment and perform tasks per SOPs and customer guidelines.
• Must meet and maintain performance standards set by the company.
• Good attitude and take initiative; embraces 5S principles.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
