Job description

The Shipping Clerk provides courteous, friendly, and efficient Team Member support. Work closely with Shipping Leadership and assist as needed. Prepare, organize, and track voice selection orders. Complete and deliver paperwork pertaining to truck manifests.

Responsibilities
* Data Entry and order processing for stores.
* Run reports for outbound shipments.
* Sequence and release orders.
* Hand out and log voice equipment for selectors.
* Monitor skipped items and create skip work assignments.
* Verify and perform mark outs.
* Prepare and maintain voice load data - assign stores to doors throughout shift.
* Perform load closes.
* Prepare outbound paperwork.
* Provide outstanding customer service.
* Arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work.
* Maintain clean and sanitary operating environment.

* Passion for all WFM policies and procedures and thorough product knowledge

* Ability to work well with others, self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision. Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the Distribution Center, including nights, weekends and holidays as required

The wage range for this position is $22.00-$39.60 Hourly, commensurate with experience. Whole Foods Market offers "Whole Benefits".
