Qualifications

• Prior shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience is a plus (company certification provided).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to work orders and daily shipping schedules.
• Verify accuracy of outbound shipments, including part numbers and packing lists.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stage, and load products.
• Create and apply shipping labels and carrier documentation.
• Load trucks and coordinate with carriers for timely pickups.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe shipping area and follow 5S standards.
• Follow safety, quality standards and company policies.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization with the warehouse team.
• Communicate with production, warehouse, and customer service to resolve shipment issues.
