Job summary

Stratas Foods, LLC is hiring a 2nd shift Shipping Clerk to support order fulfillment, inventory and records for our Dallas-area operation.

The role demands 3–5 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience, proficiency with Word/Excel and inventory systems, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with accuracy. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm; overtime may be required. You will back up colleagues and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proficient use of Word/Excel and inventory systems.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assign/pick orders.
• Schedule appointments for inbound and outbound trucks.
• Manage/store records according to the Records Management Program.
• Assist with monthly inventory.
• Back-up Inventory Clerk and other Shipping Clerk duties as needed.
• Enter data into and maintain shipping efficiency spreadsheet.
• Daily production entry.
