Shipping Clerk 2nd Shift

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for managing the outbound shipments of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all shipping and receiving activities. This role involves handling logistics, maintaining records, and coordinating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Shipping Duties: Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate shipping logs, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
• Coordination: Collaborate with Operations, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience (2+ yrs) in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
