Job summary

SPX Technologies is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Tilton, NH to coordinate all outgoing shipments and documentation, including international shipments. You will liaise with customer service and sales, prepare invoices, and ensure inventory accuracy, safety, and compliance.

Applicants should have 2+ years in warehouse/shipping roles, with experience in Incoterms, strong customer service, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all outgoing shipments and prepare shipping docs.
  • Handle international shipments and packaging.
  • Invoice customers and maintain shipment records.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries and inventory of shipping materials.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work area.
  • Follow safety procedures and company policies.
  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams.
  • Adhere to EHS regulations and risk management guidelines.
  • Support manager with process improvements and risk reporting.

How you will make an Impact (Job Summary)

Responsible for coordination of all outgoing shipments, creating appropriate shipping documentation, maintaining associated records, and coordinating with customer service/sales teams.

  • Ensure daily goals are met
  • Coordinate all outgoing shipments
  • Coordinate international shipments
  • Package outgoing shipments
  • Invoice customers
  • Assist with unloading of delivery trucks as needed
  • Responsible for inventory of shipping materials
  • Maintain clean, tidy and safe work place.
  • Abide by company and EHS regulations/policies.
  • Advise manager on implementing changes.
  • Advises manager of risks or potential hazards as required.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times to ensure the security and confidentiality of company information.
  • Co-operate with other staff, supervisors and managers.
  • Perform any other duties as reasonably directed.

We each bring something to the table, and we are looking for someone who has:

Required Experience

  • International Shipping Experience including knowledge of Incoterms
  • Minimum of 2 or more years’ experience in warehouse setting
  • Customer Service Experience

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • SAP experience
  • Mechanical aptitude with attention to detail

Education & Certifications

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
