ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a forklift to transport materials.
• Oversee outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments.
• Prepare shipping schedules and expedite processes.
• Determine priorities and shipping methods to meet schedules.
• Manage freight cost estimates and transportation arrangements to optimize service and cost.
• Record all transactions in Epicor.
• Utilize UPS/FedEx shipping software.
• Ensure job tickets match products, and items are properly packed and labeled.
• Verify order accuracy by matching quantities and types.
• Understand customer expectations and verify shipping addresses.
• Report discrepancies.
• Organize packaging observing safety standards.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Participate in year-end and general inventory procedures.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and issues.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in process improvement and conflict resolution.
• Strong commitment to accountability.
• Results-oriented personality, sense of urgency, good communication skills, team player.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Safety-conscious.
• Valid driver’s license.
