• 6AM - 4:30PM on Friday and Saturday
• 6PM - 4:30AM on Sunday and Monday

Job Description

Candidates will need extensive experience in logistics planning, including shipping, order entry, shipment/demand planning, MRP, and customer relations.

• Ship finished product per customer requirements.
• Be efficient in all MS Office software.
• Have some customer service background.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Ability to use a hand scanner to scan products for shipments.
• Strong shipping background, including processing paperwork for outbound shipments.
• Ability to type efficiently and possess strong grammar skills; this role involves direct customer interface.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ship finished products according to customer release schedules.
2. Create and distribute shippers for outgoing parts.
3. Send ASNs when shipments leave the plant, verified by scanning.
4. Input receipts into CMS.
5. Coordinate customer inquiries with relevant personnel.
6. Assist in loading and unloading trucks when necessary.
7. Safely operate Hi-Lo to move materials.
8. Complete minor plant and assembly operations as needed.

Physical Demands

• Standing, sometimes required.
• Walking, sometimes required while interfacing with production and truck drivers.
