Albaugh LLC. is seeking a Shipping Assistant for our Missouri warehouse to support shipping and receiving operations. You will verify materials received, match orders, route items, and handle documentation while maintaining inventory accuracy.

The role requires safety focus, a team mindset, and flexibility to work overtime to keep our operations running smoothly and in compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime to support continuous operation.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Manufacturing experience is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Verifies materials received, matches orders and routes items to appropriate department/location.
• Completes documentation and manages inventory levels.
• Provides customer support for logistics.
• Maintains and monitors process equipment.
• Maintains safety and housekeeping in operating areas.
• Adheres to Responsible Care principles and health, safety, and security requirements.
• Inspect shipments for damage or defect and notify relevant parties.

As a Shipping Assistant, you will be a valued team member who will perform tasks essential to our Chemical warehouse operations, performing a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verifying materials received match orders and route incoming items to appropriate departments/locations.

Reporting to the department supervisor, the shipping assistant will:

• Verifies materials received, matches orders and route incoming items to appropriate department/location.
• Complete documentation and manage inventory levels.
• Provide customer support for logistics
• Maintains and monitors process equipment in accordance with established procedures and processes.
• Maintains and improves safety in the unit and is responsible for housekeeping in operating areas.
• Supports and adheres to the principles of Responsible care and applicable requirements by protecting the environment and assuring the health, safety, and security of our employees, vendors, customers, suppliers, and our community.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., product storage, product staging, forklifts, etc.).
• Experience preparing shipments for postal or commercial conveyance.
• Preparing bills of lading.

The Qualifications

The right candidate will be a safety-focused, motivated individual who can work both independently and as a team. Your qualifications ideally include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., product storage, product staging, forklifts, etc.).
• Experience preparing shipments for postal or commercial conveyance.
• Preparing bills of lading.
• Detail oriented in quantities, destinations and routings.
• Inspection of shipments for damage or defect, accurately record and notify
