Job summary

Main Source Distribution is seeking a dedicated Shipper for our Nashua, NH facility. You will verify and prepare outgoing shipments, maintain shipping records, and coordinate carrier pickups to ensure timely, accurate delivery of products.

This 1st shift role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The position emphasizes attention to detail, safe work practices, and teamwork within a growing distribution company.

Qualifications

• Experience with IQMS or an equivalent ERP system.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping systems.
• Attention to customer special requirements.
• Willingness to learn international shipping requirements.
• Ability to operate PB crimp tools, stretch wrap banders, and forklifts.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of all product.
• Ship products per customer directions with accuracy.
• Pull materials for production and store after use.
• Use stretch wrap banders to secure skids.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials.
• Arrange pickups with carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Report defective materials to management.
• Maintain safe work areas and equipment.
• Participate in periodic inventory counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Main Source Distribution is experiencing continued growth and is in search of talented staff to join our team! We are currently seeking a Shipper for our Nashua, NH facility to verify/keep records on outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping and receiving of all product
• Ship products according to the customer direction with attention to customer details
• Pull material for production job need on the floor and put away material when job is done
• Utilize stretch wrap banders to secure skids for shipment
• Maintain inventory levels of all shipping materials and supplies
• Coordinate arrangements for pick-up by customer determined carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc).
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to Management team
• Maintain safe work areas and equipment by following all prescribed safety regulations
• Assist in periodic inventory counts
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position Details:
This is a 1st shift opportunity Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Pay is dependent upon experience!
