Job summary

HEICO Aerospace is seeking a detail-oriented shipping/receiving associate in Mount Juliet, TN. The role involves pulling parts, preparing for FAA inspection, scanning into shipping software, and labeling shipments. You will ensure HAZMAT certification is maintained and safety policies are followed.

Full-time position with benefits including 401(k), health, life, and PTO. Must be able to commute to Mount Juliet and relocate before start if required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain HAZMAT certification.
• Familiarity with safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts from stock for shipment using Picking Lists and Scan Gun.
• Prepare parts for FAA Inspection.
• Scan certified parts into our third-party shipping software.
• Package and label parts for shipment.
• Load completed shipments into our outside Dropbox.
• Receive and Maintain HAZMAT certification.
• Maintain compliance of all safety policies and PPE usage.
• Coordinate with Packaging section on pending parts.
• Other duties as assigned.
