Job Description

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Shipping and Receiving for a company based in Largo , FL . In this role, you will have the opportunity to advance your career while being a key part of a dynamic team in a fast-growing distribution of appliances. Pay Rate
$ 1 6 . 5 0 per hour Schedule and Hours
Tuesday through Satur day, 12 : 00 p m to 8 : 3 0 pm. Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders.
• Read customer orders, work orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped .
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed .
• Take check calls from drivers, ensuring that loads will be delivered on time.
• Validate all load data prior to marking loads as delivered.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries; verify loads are in good condition.
• Closely follow safety regulations and guidelines at all times , including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and securing loads properly.

Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 + years of warehouse shipping and receiving experience.
• Ability to understand and follow safety protocols and operating instructions to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.
