Join to apply for the Inventory Clerk (Shipping) role at TOPPAN Packaging Americas.

Hours: 4:45 pm - 5:15 am / 4 days on - 4 days off

Location: Plant City, FL

Primary Role

Must be able to train warehouse associates on all Navision functions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate all warehouse lifts, including scissor lifts.
• Lifting up to 50+ lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
• Pass a visual requirement test differentiating products by item numbers and colors, up to 40 ft. box size and stack pattern.
• Perform daily cycle counts in racks, bins, doors, and staging areas.
• Use basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and learn Navision, our sales/inventory/production system.
• Use RF scanners for inventory management.
• Maintain effective email communication, prioritize tasks, and work on special projects.
• Consolidate partial pallets, research lot number issues, and make inventory adjustments.
• Transfer barcodes during loading/staging and assist with quarter-end and year-end inventories.
• Send daily inventory counts to Accounting for reconciliation.
• Perform inventory counts in outside warehouses as needed.
• Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends, and load/unload products and raw materials when required.
• Maintain good communication, attention to detail, and follow safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
