Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for processing customer orders, performing data entry, and ensuring shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience using a pallet jack, wrapping orders, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Shipping & Receiving: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
• Data Entry: Enter and update shipment details in the system, maintain inventory records, and generate shipping labels.
• Warehouse Equipment Operation: Safely operate a pallet jack to move and stage orders.
• Order Wrapping: Secure and wrap shipments to prevent damage during transit.
• Quality Control: Inspect packages for accuracy and ensure they meet company and customer standards.
• Communication: Coordinate with customer service, warehouse staff, and carriers to ensure timely deliveries.
