Position Title: Shipping Clerk Wage: $17.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm QPS Employment Group is hiring a Shipping Clerk for a company in Buffalo Grove, IL. This is a potential to hire opportunity on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Ship all orders for daily programs and special projects, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and LTL carriers
• Follow work instructions for processing and shipping all orders
• Operate powered industrial trucks as required by safety laws, regulations, and expectations during the shipping process
• Organize and maintain warehouse and shipping areas for efficient material storage and handling

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and comfortable working independently to achieve production expectations
• Well organized and able to communicate effectively with various departments within the organization
• Ability to work outside normal working hours to accommodate production needs when required
• Ability to move or lift materials up to 70 pounds
