Job summary

Masterson Staffing is seeking a Shipping Clerk in Illinois to process outbound shipments through the ERP system, coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipment of products. You will create FedEx labels, affix packing slips, and ensure boxes are properly marked with Sales Order numbers.

• Work with the team to ensure products are packaged according to schedule

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Capable of multitasking with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English. Bilingual Spanish a must
• Previous shipping or warehouse experience
• ERP system experience (e.g., NetSuite)

Compensation

A reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role ranges between $17.00-$20.00 per hour. The range considers factors that are included in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, skill set, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each individual case
