Job summary

Safetec of America, Inc. is a Buffalo, NY-based OTC pharmaceutical company seeking a dependable Warehouse/Shipping Associate for a full-time, on-site role.

The position supports order fulfillment, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely delivery to customers. Responsibilities include receiving and inspecting goods, organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate records while adhering to safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to become certified.
  • Experience with UPS, FedEx, and shipping software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package, and ship customer orders using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other approved providers.
  • Verify shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and bills of lading for accuracy.
  • Ensure orders are shipped accurately, securely, and on time.
  • Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods; report discrepancies or damage.
  • Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment.
  • Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support customer fulfillment.
  • Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories while following inventory control procedures.
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures.
  • Work with shipping, production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet operational goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
