Job Summary

The Inventory & Shipping Clerk is responsible for supporting daily inventory, packaging, and shipping operations to ensure products are accurately processed, documented, and prepared for shipment in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and process products for shipment in accordance with customer specifications and established procedures.
• Verify product quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Assist with inventory tracking, material movement, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Follow established packaging instructions, shipping procedures, and company quality standards.
• Develop and maintain work instructions related to packaging processes.
• Perform inventory counts and assists with identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipping activities, and completed orders.
