Job summary

Debbie's Staffing Services, Inc. seeks a Shipping Clerk for a direct-hire role in Attleboro, MA. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products shipped, record every order detail, and correctly pick, scan, weigh, and pack items according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities include safe operation of warehouse equipment, timely processing of shipments with various couriers, and maintaining neat, organized work areas while supporting other shipping and receiving tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Ability to lift items and containers.
• Ability to operate warehouse vehicles such as forklifts.
• Ability to multitask.
• Computer savvy with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Practice safe working habits in all aspects of this position’s responsibilities.
• Receive incoming material for plating, forward the necessary information to job entry attach completed job tickets to material, and bring work to appropriate plating lines.
• Weigh incoming material into load sizes as required.
• If incomplete information is received from the customer, obtain information from sales or other appropriate sources.
• Weigh outgoing material as required. Ship parts in lot quantities specified by the customer.
• Package according to specification or to prevent damage in shipping.
• Close jobs on computer systems and print packing slips.
• Ship jobs using various couriers as specified by customers.
• Perform various other shipping and receiving duties as required by the supervisor.
• Perform various housekeeping duties to maintain the cleanliness of the area.

Location: Attleboro, MA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are looking for a Shipping Clerk to join our team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all products we ship to our customers.
