Job summary

Brasseler USA Inc. is seeking a Training & Standards Mentor (TSM) to develop and certify teammates in distribution center skills and machine operation. You will re-train underperforming staff, participate in special projects, and ensure adherence to WW standards and company policies.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and adaptability under pressure. Candidate must have 1 year of warehousing experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to pass machine driver

Qualifications

One year general warehousing operations preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, or comparable work experience.
Strong training, communication, and leadership skills; adapt to varying assignments.
Ability to pass machine driver safety training for all required equipment.

Responsibilities

Trains and certifies TSMs in various skills and on machines as needed.
Re-tests TSMs on procedural changes and retrains low-productivity TSMs.
Performs department functions when not training.
Ensures compliance with company standards, policies, and workplace behavior rules.
