Job summary

Neotech seeks a Shipping Associate to assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment, verifying contents against bills of lading and invoices. You will package shipments, print packing slips, and enter daily transactions into ERP.

Coordinate with freight carriers to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining 6S standards and quality checks. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, 1-3 years shipping experience, basic Excel skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1-3 years shipping experience in warehouse or contract manufacturing.
• Fork lift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Count, weigh or measure items to verify against bills of lading.
• Unload and unpack incoming shipments.
• Package shipments per work instructions and specifications.
• Print packing slips and track serial numbers for daily shipments.
• Enter daily shipping transactions into ERP system as required.
• Coordinate with carriers and departments to ensure on-time shipments.
• Perform Quality Management System audits and support 6S objectives.
