MITER Brands, a leading window and door manufacturer, is seeking a Shipping / Forklift Driver for the 2nd shift in Gratz, PA. The role involves loading, shipping, and ensuring product safety while meeting daily production goals.

You will operate a forklift, read orders, and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced distribution environment. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with competitive pay and shift differential.

Formación

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.

• Load and secure products safely and correctly.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE.
• Understand loading procedures and shipping responsibilities.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts.
• Learn product identification and proper loading techniques.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed.

Schedule 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Pay: $21.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd shift

What You'll Do
