Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic RF scanner knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Forklift certification is preferred, with opportunities for growth within a company-focused team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read numerals and English.

Responsibilities

• Pick, label, and stage orders.
• Scan and verify details.
• Load trailers.
• Apply labels and route documents.
• Communicate discrepancies.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Perform final inspection.
• Support documentation as needed.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Report on all equipment and/or safety concerns.

About the role

The Shipping Associate-FL Certified at Southwest Accessory Group is responsible for accurate and efficient picking, labeling, staging, and loading of outbound shipments on forklift equipment.

What you'll do

• Pick, label, and stage orders
• Scan and verify details
• Load trailers
• Apply labels and route documents
• Communicate discrepancies
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Perform final inspection
• Support documentation as needed
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
• Report on all equipment and/or safety concerns

Physical Demands:

Standing, Walking, Reaching/Bending, Endurance, Balancing/Mobility, Manual Dexterity, Exposure to varying conditions, Repetitive Motion, Lifting to 50 lbs. consistently, safety equipment, loud noises: 8-hour work shift
