Job summary

S&S Activewear in Orlando, FL is hiring for a full-time warehouse packer to prepare boxes for customer orders. You will label, pack, and route items efficiently, ensuring accurate packaging and timely processing.

The role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced distribution center and requires attention to detail and physical stamina. The position runs Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm, with an hourly rate of $15, non-exempt.

Qualifications

• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet shipping deadlines.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform manual tasks.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Attention to detail and scheduling flexibility.
• Willingness to overtime to meet business demands.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boxes/bags with shipping labels as designated by order.
• Place shipping label correctly inside the box or bag.
• Place carton content label with order correctly.
• Designate flow of orders based on carrier or urgency.
• Maintain adequate boxes and bags in the area.
• Maintain urgency to keep orders flowing smoothly.
• Reuse or create boxes as needed for assigned orders.
• Follow management instructions and seek clarification when needed.
• Support Distribution Center team as needed.
