Job summary

Melaleuca: The Wellness Company is hiring full-time Shipping/Distribution Team Members in our Knoxville distribution center. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm, with peak days starting as early as 4:30am.

Qualifications

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write, and follow established procedures.
• Able to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

• Able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs regularly.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with safety and quality.
• Able to climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging products for distribution with direct access behind each station.
• Conduct visual inspection and auditing for accuracy.
• Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast-paced setting.
