Job Summary

Full‑time Shipping/Distribution Team Member needed at Melaleuca Distribution Center.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday 6:30 am–3:00 pm. Peak days (4–5 days/month) start at 4:30 am.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packaging products for distribution—no warehouse searching required.
• Visual inspection and auditing for accuracy.
• Pack and ship products for customer orders in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Able to read, write and follow established procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Perform in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining safety and quality.
• Stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently.
• Perform duties such as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Stretch, bend and lift regularly and consistently.
• Climb stairs.
