Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Shipping Associate in Sharon Hill to pick, pack, and ship customer orders from our warehouse. You will prepare outbound shipments using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip, verify accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe workspace on a Monday–Friday schedule 8am–4:30pm.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, health benefits after 30 days, room for growth, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and/or UPS WorldShip encouraged.
• Forklift certification encouraged but not required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory.
• Prepare outbound shipments using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and related shipping platforms.
• Verify order accuracy including item quantities, SKUs, and shipping addresses prior to packaging.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift.
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and possibly rivet machines.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors regarding order issues, inventory discrepancies, or equipment concerns.
• Assist with cycle counts, replenishment fulfillment, and physical inventory as needed.

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Associate:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse inventory
• Prepare outbound shipments using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, and related shipping platforms
• Verify order accuracy including item quantities, SKUs, and shipping addresses prior to packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy
• Ability to pass a 7 year criiminal background screening
