Job summary

DEMCO, Inc. is hiring a Shipping Associate for its DeForest, WI Distribution team on the 1st shift (6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday). The role focuses on order fulfillment, carton preparation, and safe, accurate shipping.

You will use wearable and voice-to-pick technology to select orders, keep a clean workspace, and support other areas as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Construct cartons and prepare batch carts for order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick customer orders using wearable and voice-to-pick technology.
• Ensure the correct products and quantities are shipped.
• Prepare cartons for shipment to prevent transit damage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist in other areas of the Value Center as workload requires.

• Construct cartons and prepare batch carts for order fulfillment
• Accurately pick customer orders using wearable and voice-to-pick technology
• Ensure the correct products and quantities are shipped
• Prepare cartons for shipment to prevent transit damage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Assist in other areas of the Value Center as workload and priorities shift
