  • Maintain housekeeping, organization, and safety standards.

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
  • Forklift experience and certification are highly desired.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems, preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely throughout a facility.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and participating in cycle counts or physical inventories.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow pick slips, production schedules, work instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds and repetitively lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working around moving machinery, forklifts, vibration, and loud noise levels.
  • Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including warm, humid, or industrial settings.
  • Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety policies.
Job Duties
  • Process customer orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing products according to specifications.
  • Complete pick slips and shipping documentation while ensuring order accuracy and on-time shipment.
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks and transport materials throughout the facility.
  • Utilize Oracle and other inventory systems to maintain accurate inventory records and product tracking.
  • Verify inventory accuracy and assist with physical inventories and inventory control activities.
  • Communicate with vendors and suppliers to support shipping and receiving operations.
  • Maintain housekeeping, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse and shipping areas.
  • Meet production, quality, and customer service expectations while supporting daily operational goals.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and perform additional duties as assigned by management.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records.
