Job summary

Wabtec in Coshocton, OH is seeking a Shipping team member to accurately package orders, load vehicles per customer requests, unload inbound shipments, and store inbound material for distribution.

The role requires forklift operation, reading pick slips, using Oracle and Microsoft Office, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Candidates should be safety‑minded, detail oriented, and able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a Shipping role preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Must read and follow all quality process/work instructions.
• Must obey all safety rules and wear all proper PPE.
• Ability to read production schedules and manuals.
• Able to communicate clearly with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Performs safe operations.
• Complete pick slips for customer orders.
• Pack product to order specifications.
• Maintain contact with vendors to ensure terms.
• Utilize Oracle and ensure product accuracy.
• Operate a forklift for loading/unloading.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the area.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in physical inventory.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
