CIVCO Medical Solutions in Coralville, IA is seeking a Shipping Associate responsible for handling basic shipping duties, labeling, packaging, Mapics shipping, and maintaining paperwork in line with SOPs, safety and quality standards.
The role emphasizes organization, prioritization, effective communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. One to two years of related experience preferred; associates degree or equivalent training may apply.
The Shipping Associate will incorporate all basic shipping skills and job functions including training as needed for all jobs, ensuring all standards (operational, safety, and quality) are being followed and ensuring proper paperwork and/or documentation is completed/filed. This will work on a team responsible for basic shipping functions in line with applicable SOPs, quality standards, CIVCO Values and safety programs. Skills essential to this position include ability to be organized, to set priorities and respond to changes in workload/demands, communicate effectively, innovate, and work collaboratively with other areas.
