Kobelco Aluminum Products & Extrusions Inc. is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Team Lead in Bowling Green, KY. You will supervise material handling, coordinate shipments, and lead a small team to ensure on-time production support.

Starting pay is $19.00/hr with a $0.50 shift differential where applicable. We offer annual raises and skills-based pay to reward performance and growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic English skills (read, write, and speak).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership ability to train and support team members.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE use.
• Willingness to manage inventory, shipping and receiving operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Inventory: identify, label, organize, and track materials.
• Support Production: deliver materials to work centers per orders.
• Handle Returns: process credit-return materials and restock items.
• Manage Shipping: prepare, secure, document, and track shipments.
• Maintain Records: record deliveries and inventory locations.
• Lead the Team: schedule, train, and coach team members.
• Oversee Equipment: inspect material-handling gear and coordinate repairs.
• Support Operations: help team meet daily goals.

What You'll Do
