Job summary

Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Dallas, NC. The role oversees training, coaching, and mentoring a team, while ensuring efficient, accurate operations and compliance with company policies and laws.

Expect 10–12 hour shifts Mon–Fri, with heavy Friday demand and a pay range of $65,000–$75,000 per year. Benefits start on day one, with quarterly safety bonuses and monthly performance incentives tied to branch and individual performance.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in the transportation of goods; glass experience preferred.
• Three to five years' experience in management.
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts on your feet; M-F; Friday nights heavy.
• Ability to work in the heat and cold.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Axapta, Geotab Fleet Management, routing software.
• CDL license preferred.

• Provide feedback and development of your team

• Maintain interdepartmental, general business and customer communication and confidentiality
• Performs supervision duties in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
• Responsible for training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals performance; recognition, rewarding and disciplining employees.
• Partners with leadership team and human resources to address complaints and resolve problems.

Skills You Bring

• Five years' experience in the transportation of goods and material. Glass experience preferred.
• Three to five years' experience managing.
• Ability to work 10--12-hour shifts on your feet M-F. Friday nights are usually the heaviest work nights around 12 hours.
• Ability to work in the heat and cold.
• Experience in Microsoft Office, Axapta, Geotab Fleet Management System, Routing software/tools.
• CDL license preferred.
