Trulite Glass & Aluminum Solutions in Aurora, CO is seeking a professional Class A or B CDL Driver to safely transport materials to customer sites on a dependable schedule. Touch freight is required and you will be the face of our organization.

This role offers top pay of $28–$30 per hour with weekly paychecks, day-one benefits, 401(k) with immediate vesting, and bonus opportunities tied to safety and performance. Home time is Mon–Fri with weekends at home and minimal overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year CMV experience; Hired via CDL school may require training.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug testing.
• Moffett experience preferred.
• Crane truck experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV safely under FMCSA and local/state laws.
• Secure cargo and ensure loads are never left unattended.
• Perform pre-/post-trip inspections and document vehicle condition daily.
• Verify shipping documentation for every delivery.
• Operate a Moffett Forklift to unload racks of glass.
• Keep Dispatch updated on delays or issues; report accidents or damage.
• Maintain a timely, professional schedule with customers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Operating a commercial vehicle, you will safely transport materials to specified destinations on a dependable, assigned schedule. Because you deliver directly to our customers, you are the face of our organization. You must have a positive, friendly attitude and take pride in building strong customer relationships and ensuring top-tier service delivery. Touch freight is required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate the CMV safely in all weather, traffic, and terrain conditions in full compliance with FMCSA, local, and state laws.
• Follow all Trulite Glass safety procedures, including securing cargo and ensuring loads are never left unattended.
• Perform required FMCSA pre-/post-trip inspections and submit written vehicle condition reports daily.
• Verify that all necessary shipping documentation is accurate and present for every delivery.
• Operate a Moffett Forklift to unload specialized racks of glass.
• Keep Dispatch updated on delays or equipment issues, and immediately report any accidents or cargo damage.
• Maintain a timely schedule while professionally representing the company to customers.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Skills You Bring

• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record or at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• At least 1 year operating a CMV (unless hired through an approved CDL school with additional training as recommended by the Director of Transportation).
• Must pass a DOT Physical and Drug testing.
• Moffett experience (highly preferred).
• Crane Truck Experience (highly preferred).
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs (may assist with unloading at customer site. Drivers do NOT load trucks).
