Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Shipping Supervisor II to oversee the receipt and shipment of goods, supervise team members, and coordinate inter-departmental material transport.

You will ensure accurate records, prepare items for shipping, and manage dock operations including loading/unloading trucks. Authority for personnel actions and day-to-day supervision is part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising shipping/receiving personnel.
• Ability to oversee receipt, preparation and loading/unloading of shipments.
• Ability to manage inter-departmental transport of materials and ensure accuracy of documents.

Responsibilities

• Implements shipping and receiving strategies to meet safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability objectives.
• Oversees preparation of shipping/receiving documents and data entry for accuracy and timeliness.
• Manages loading/unloading of trucks, checks materials and aligns ASN and BOM.
• Directs dock traffic and ensures compliance by logistics suppliers.

About The Opportunity

Job Description: In this position, you will supervise employees who confirm and record the receipt of shipments, prepare items for shipping, and load and unload trucks. Also responsible for managing the inter-departmental transport of materials. A level II supervisor has authority for personnel actions and oversees most day-to-day operations of group.
