Job summary

OP2 Labs, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our operations team in Fort Worth, TX. You will coordinate shipping and logistics to ensure timely, accurate delivery and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include preparing labels and invoices, scheduling with carriers, tracking shipments, maintaining records, and resolving issues. A minimum of four years in shipping/logistics and proficiency with shipping software are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, regulations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in using shipping software and systems and AI, LM Technology.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with carriers and freight forwarders.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• OSHA experience is desirable.
