Job summary

MatWorks is hiring for a day-to-day production associate in a manufacturing environment. The role involves obtaining the daily production schedule from the lead, verifying materials before feeding them to the machine, and producing the required quantity to meet quotas.

You must keep workstations clean and organized and be prepared to take on additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead. Overtime opportunities may be available based on production needs.

• Very proficient with computers.

• Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
• Possess reliable transportation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision after training.
• Able to work day in and day out in a safe manner.

Shift Hours

• 1st Shift is Monday - Friday 7 am - 3 pm ($14.00 an hour)


• 2nd shift is Monday-Friday 3pm- 11pm (14.50 an hour)


• 3rd Shift has two options: Sunday - Thursday 11 pm to 7 am OR Monday - Friday 11 pm to 7am ($15.00 an hour)


• Opportunities for overtime as needed
