Typical duties include supervising inbound/outbound shipments, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining accurate shipping/receiving records using SAP/WMS, RF scanners, and MS Office tools. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, be highly organized, with excellent time management skills.
• Work independently and as a member of a team.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.
• Excellent PC skills in MS Office (intermediate level).
• SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge (intermediate level).

Responsibilities

• Check truck drivers in and out.
• Assign dock doors for inbound/outbound activity according with warehouse direction and vendor assignment in warehouse.
• Verify accuracy of all shipping/receiving documentation. Partner with the inventory department to resolve any issues.
• Assist in appointment scheduling as needed.
• Update required reports on a timely basis.
• Communicate with customers and assist with customer needs.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $20.98 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when working night shift
• Schedule: Nights Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 5:00 pm - 5:00 am
• Responsible for monitoring the incoming and outgoing shipments, work directly with driver and office spreadsheet work.

is responsible for communicating with the drivers and assigning inbound and outbound loads to specific doors and staging lanes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) years or more experience in SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to:
