Job summary

Mississippi Department of Employment Security is seeking a warehouse associate to manage daily shipping and receiving, print shipment paperwork, and verify customer orders. The role involves operating propane sit-down forklifts, supporting inventory control, and maintaining organized warehouses.

Training and safety duties are also included. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of shipping/warehouse experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with shipping/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years shipping/warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with shipping systems, ERP systems, or warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Printing pick sheets and shipment paperwork (BOLs, packing slips, etc.).
