  • Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper use of PPE and equipment.
  • Report any shipping discrepancies, delays, or equipment issues promptly.

Position Summary: The Shipper is responsible for preparing, verifying, and loading outgoing shipments of finished composite decking products. This role ensures that all shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and meet customer and carrier requirements while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare finished goods for shipment, including labeling, wrapping, and staging.
  • Verify shipping documentation such as packing lists, bills of lading, and load sheets.
  • Load trucks safely and efficiently using forklifts or other material handling equipment.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $41,620 USD - $50,336 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
