Job summary

Micro Precision Calibration is seeking a detail-oriented individual to manage pickups and deliveries, support shipping/receiving, and assist customers with inquiries. This role involves coordinating with customers, maintaining accurate work orders, and handling data entry in a fast-paced environment.

You will package items, use common carrier software to ship, and ensure timely communication with customers. A clean driving record is favorable for potential courier tasks and on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and ability to maintain open work orders.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and packaging.
• Comfort with phone etiquette and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with customers.
• Follow up with customer requests and provide status updates.
• Enter data into shipping/receiving systems and maintain records.
• Package fragile items and prepare pallets for freight.
• Use shipping software (FedEx/UPS/DHL) to generate labels and track shipments.

We are looking for an individual to join our dynamic and growing company. Perform routes for pickups and deliveries of customer equipment. General office duties include the ability to assist with customers, work order status, data entry, and general shipping/receiving tasks.

Responsibility and Duties

• FedEx / UPS Worldwide / DHL knowledge

Requirements

Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license. Prefer the shipping/receiving experience. Attention to detail, documentation skills, follow through with open work order, and customer follow-ups. Excellent communication and phone etiquette are a must. Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Packaging of fragile and sensitive items for shipping purposes, both small package and palletizing for freight
• Use of common carrier shipping software
• Data Entry
