Job Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Clerk manages the flow of parts and supplies in and out of the dealership, ensuring accuracy, organization, and effective communication with internal teams. This role is essential for smooth operations in the service and parts departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments
• Process outgoing shipments with proper procedures and labeling
• Maintain accurate records in inventory systems
• Communicate shipment status and updates to team members and managers
• Keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and safe
• Track deliveries and follow up on delayed or missing items
• Assist with the service rental car program as directed
• Support department paperwork and internal correspondence
• Foster positive relationships between the dealership, customers, and vendors
• Follow all safety guidelines and report incidents immediately

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations
• Familiarity with dealership or parts department systems

Additional Information

Compensation (Hourly): $15.00/hour

Schedule:

• Full-time, 5 days a week, 2 days off
• Sundays off
